Ich kann mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen, wie die Künstlerin Liz Hickok diese Nachbildung San Franciscos aus Wackelpudding überhaupt hinbekommen hat. Das Resultat ist aber wirklich beeindruckend. Eine quietschbunte Stadt aus wabbelnder Masse, die noch surrealer durch die zusätzliche Beleuchtung wirkt. Selbst sagt sie über ihre Stadt: „Lit from below, the molded shapes of the city blur into a jewel-like mosaic of luminous color and volume“. Stimmt!
